for my buddy with a 83 Chev fullsize 350. He wants to change from a CC quadrabog to a holley. Will he need a new distributor like on a thirdgen or will the dist he has work ? Thanks for the input.
Also, does anyone know of any good chevy truck message boards?

 

83 truck systems are about the same as 83 Camaro. He'll have to replace the distributer just the same.
