oK I know you can switch from fuel injection to carb but can you switch from carb to fuel injection? if so how much, and where would i get the stuff i need for this

Of course, the guys who frequent this forum are carb lovers, so they'd consider this move turning to the "dark side".

The TBI or TPI forums would be the place for more direct info. I'd recommend TPI if you're converting.

As for prices, typical asking is around $300 for complete TPI system w/harness, ECM, fuel lines, etc. (although I haven't looked lately). Check the classifieds for someone who has gone from FI to carb, or is parting a car out, that would have a system for sale.

I hope you're planning on doing the work yourself. Getting a shop to do this would dwarf the cost of the parts, and probably approach the value of the car.
