need help with carb

i need some suggestions on a carb for my car. i cant spend a whole lot of money being that i am only 17 and still in school, somethin less than 300. it is a 355, world s/r torquers, comp cam xtreme 274, weiand stealth, hooker headers, hooker cat-back, about 10.5:1 comp.all msd ignition.

For that price level IMHO I would say try to score a decent used Holley/Demon 750DP off ebay or private sale and rebuild it.Have you checked out the classifieds.Only new carb you can get for that price (under $300) is an Edelbrock..if you doget one go with a 750 and you should be good till later on down the road when you can get the Holley or Demon.I think used will be your best route with what you are looking to spend.

Do you have a carb now? Or, are you putting this engine in a car that currently/originally had EFI?

its too small, its a 600 holley
