Anyone have an educated guess?

Could some tell me what they would expect to see for power numbers from this set-up:

406
AFR 195's
hydraulic roller cam 230/236 .510/.520 112LSA
10:1 comp
750cfm carb
RPM air-gap intake
1 3/4 LT headers

thanks

First things first. You don't want the 195's. They have a taller intake port designed for the Edelbrock Victor manifold. The 190 flows identical to the 195, and is designed for the Edelbrock Performer RPM.

I would expect around 450HP from that combo.

Should I go with the Vicotr jr on that combo or would it be too much for that cam?

Rather than put on a manifold you don't want, get the correct heads. UNLESS, you already have the 195s. In that case I would talk to AFR about running the RPM manifold. I know a couple months ago I was looking to get the 195s for my car (when tax refund arrives), they talked me into the 190s. Because I was using the RPM, they told me to go with the 190 instead. They flow the same, and I was told the only difference between the two was that the 190 was for the dual plane RPM and the 195 was for the single plane Victor. Unless you plan on running this car track only and have a cowl hood AND run it over 6000 RPM constantly, go with the Air Gap RPM. The RPM always outperforms the Victor in HP to about 5500 RPM. Lets not even get into the low RPM torque difference

You should be running a Vic Jr range manifold anyway. 190s are kinda nice because you have more options, IE you can pick any intake instead of just an Edelcrock, but don't pick $1200 heads over a $100 intake.
