3310 holley for my car??????....

right now i have a edelbrock 600 and i know its definatly not enough air for this motor combo i have...

pro topline vortec heads
performer rpm intake
xe 274h cam
about 10:1 comp

even with the edelbrock the car still moves good....but it feels like it has asthema above 4000rpms.....
i was told to grab a 3310holley 750 for this and that would work great.....anything info i'd need to know about this particular carb?

Yes the 3310 750 will work with your motor,It runs kinda rich tho with the factory jetting(jetted for a big block) so you'll have to probably change jets.

It'll work. You can do better. One very good idea would be a 4150 conversion so you can jet the secondaries.

If you have an automatic, you can do even better with a double pumper if the setup is well matched with regard to cam/converter/gears. But, if you stick with the vacuum secondaries, get a Quick Fuel adjustable diaphragm housing. Lets you adjust secondary opening with the turn of a screw rather than pulling the whole thing apart to change the spring. Also adjusts it the way it should be (controlling the vacuum signal rather than spring force).
