carb or tpi?
This is just my opinion and I know I am going to get slammed for saying this on the carb board BUT,,,,
I think TPI is better in everyway but simplicity and unfortunately it does cost alot of money to upgrade the components to make them hang with carbs in the upper RPMs.

I have a nearly complete TPI system sitting in my garage attic. The donor car came with CC carb.
The carb wins your first, third and fourth catagories. TPI wins the second. I came to the conclusion that the one that is already in the car wins the last.
To look at it another way: It isn't the induction system that holds back an LG4. Either way you go, you need to fix the exhaust, cam and heads before you can figure on power increase.

I think that the TPI is the way to go. It is more expensive to work with which can be a major factor when planning a project. The benefits of the fuel injection are worth the extra expense. It cost of parts and tuning equipment is an obstacle, then maybe going the carburetor route is better for you. Just my thoughts...

That's not exactly what I said.
What I meant by what I said is, dollar for dollar, you're better off spending money improving the system you have.
