spacer gasget

I just got a four hole phenolic spacer for my quadrajet, and I was wondering if it goes above or below the original gasget. And also if I need another gasget for the spacer itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is how I did mine...Holley 4150, Victor Jr.

--Carb
--4 hole gasket
--4 hole spacer
--open gasket
--Intake

Oh, well, with a Q-jet, try it this way:

--Carb
--4 hole gasket
--4 hole spacer
--open gasket
--Intake
