my vaccum secondaries stopped working last night, so i started looking around the carb today, and i found this:

the problem is i have no idea what this should look like

but im pretty sure its not right, because it is ripped. any ideas? is it just as simple to replace it, or is there something wrong inside the carb?

I bought the "quick change kit" for vacuum secondaries I believe
it came with a new lid a new diaphram and all the assorted springs.
