how do I adjust my float level on my holley 600 vac sec.there is fuel dripping into secondaries from the jet visible from the top of the carb,I suspect float level,are the large screws with locking nuts the adjusters and the screws on the side of the bowls the level plugs?any help would be appreciated thanks

Yes. You remove the site plug (the cap screw on the side).
With the engine running, you loosen the screw first (jam screw), then rotate the nut (adjusting nut) until the fuel just barely stops trickling out of the site plug.
Tighten the set screw, shut off the car, and replace the site plug.
DO NOT set it with the fuel trickling out of the site plug. I've heard many people who think that's right, but in general it isn't.
If it's done that way, it requires the float to drop that much more to get the fuel to fill the bowl again.
BTW, it sounds as if the needle and seat are dirty and not closing the valve. You should probably pull off the rear bowl and clean it. Common problem with Holleys.
