ported vacuum

hi all can somebody tell me what items or accessories can use ported or timed vacuum.also can my fuel pressure regulator vacuum compensation port benefit from this or does it need full time vacuum?thanx

The only things that might need some kind of ported advance would be EGR. Vacuum advance can be run on either depending on your car's preference. Everything else should have full-time vacuum.
