HEy everybody..Ive been off the board for a while but now Im back.
I just did my mods that include
RPM air gap intake manifold
2300 stall converter
rebuilt tranny w/shiftkit
put 262h comp cam back at 0*
Mallory HEI distributor
Before the cam was at 4* advance and I had an edelbrock EPS
intake. IF anything the old setup was supposed to be better off the line..obviously if you read my beefs..it WASNT
Since I installed the cam at 0* and the rpm air gap.
Off the line I can spin the tires pretty good and it pulls very hard.
I still have to change the jets and rods to a leaner pair because off the line past 3/4 throttle there is hesitation.
ONCE I reach 4000rpm +....beware..this thing flies like I never expected it to.
IM one satisfied THIRD GEN OWNer..
