It depends on what you want exactly. If your looking for superior performence, then go with the double pumper. If your looking for something to bolt on right out of the box then go with the Street avenger. Also if your looking for decent gas mileage your not gonna want the double pumper. I have a 670 street avenger and i like it alot. All I did was bolt it on and adjust the idle mixture screws and it runs great. It gets good cold starts, has good throtlle response and so far hasnt given me any trouble. Good Luck.

A 650 will feed a 100% VE 383 to 5865 RPMs. The typical observation is a dual plane intake will take/need a slightly larger carb than the formula would indicate.

I'll assume there is some drag racing intended here.

On my 396 last year, I went from 750 VS to 650 DP to a Proform body in the DP. I saw a reduction in ET going from the VS to DP, but no significant improvement going from 650 to 750. MPH remained the same with all 3 configurations.

Personally, the SA seems to be a rip-off to me. Unless you really need that extra vacuum port, a "regular" VS with electric choke, Quick Fuel adjustable secondary housing, 4150 conversion kit, and see-through bowl plugs is a much better value.
