upper radiator baffle

Posting this here because the majority of early third gens have carbs. Anyways, I just need a definite clarification if the 82-84 camaros have an upper radiator baffle similar to what is described in the post or not.

Mine didn't but it had a couple bits on the side in there flapping in the wind like something might have been there.

My '83 L69 doesn't have it. I bought it new, it is still factory original.

My experience is like EvilCartman's. It had some little side baffles in there to prevent air from going around the radiator and, of course, it had the lower air dam but the whole "nose" of the car in front of the radiator was basically jsut a big open area. Air could still flow through the front-facing grill openings but there was nothing to funnel that air and shove it through the radiator, like that baffle in the thread.

I was not the orginal owner of the car, however, so take with a grain of salt.
