electric choke

My problem is the electric choke isnt working
on my holley 2160 series 4 bbl carb.

I checked to see if there was 12volts going to
the choke from the black wire.

There was no power at the wire.

My question is there a fuse for the choke hot wire?

Dave

Is this the factory wiring?

Was the car running at the time? (not just turned "on", but actually running)

There will not be power there unless the alternator is actually charging.

Try the choke fuse, my relay went an blew the fuse. So i had to re wire the relay to provide power when the key was on not only charging.
