I found this holley in my shed and was wondering if someone could tell me what it's off of? The numbers are 9834-1 and 0619. I found it to be a 4160 600 cfm but I don't know anything else (is it for chevy?)

Some Holley carbs are "universal"; others were original equipment on cars, and are highly tailored to the car they were designed for.

About the best you can do is look at the linkages and see what they fit. Also, if you go to Holley's site, there's a tech support e-mail.
