Q-jet questions

I have been problemed with my carb for a couple months now and its really getting annoying. I dont want to spend the time nor the money on rebuilding it if i dont have to. I'm hoping somebody can help figure out what the problem is and how to fix it. When the temperature drops below 60 the car hesitates whether or not the engine is cold or warm. But when the temp is above 60 is begins to run normal. I just replaced the distributor cap and ignition rotor thinking that might help solve the problem and it did not. I have not checked the plugs yet but they should be fine. I know of one vacuum leak but i doubt that is all of my trouble. When i smashed it to the floor it seems to flood out but when i leave up on the gas it kicks open. If anyone can help e-mail me at blue84z28@yahoo.com. Thanx.

Fix the vac leak and check your choke for propper operation.
