Just get a short length of wire and jump the A and B pins on the ALDL connector under the steering wheel in the dash(with the ignition switch turned to "on" and not running). The check engine light will flash the error codes. It will always start out with code 12, which is normal. Then, if you have any actual error codes it will flash them. It will cycle through a couple times, always starting with the code 12.

Example: After flashing the code 12, the check engine light flashes twice quickly, then once more. 2 flashes plus 1 delayed flash would make a code 21(Throttle Position Sensor). I hope this helps.

It should work the same way, just jump A and B.
