I am using a Holley Street Avenger, 670cfm, vacuum sec. I think it is the same thing as a 4160 holley.
I ran a best of 13.85 /1.85 60' and can knock down 21mpg on the highway.

I'll check around for it later, but I believe that some companies have a Demon carb calibrated specifically for the ZZ4 crate motor. That would be your best bet if you go with Demon.

What induction did your car originally have? Does it still have it?
If it was carb, why not use it? Certainly the best street/performance combo available, carb-wise.

RB's recommendation, then, since street is the primary intended use.
