Which way do I go?

I have 87 Iroc. I just put a 383cid solid roller carb motor in. I have an extra tank w-#10 an fitting, Aeromotive A1000 pump with all the lines to incl return etc. My question is which way would you guys go? Change the entire fuel system (I have all the parts -regulator for carb) or just put the 3-port reg and call it a day?
My concern is that I will also have 150-200 shot can the factory lines- 3-port handle this. Thanks in advance.

Was the car originally carb or EFI? Not sure it makes a lot of difference.

You're really asking a power adder question rather than a carb question. What I've typically heard is run a separate line for the nitrous. If you weren't doing a power adder, the stock system would probably be adequate, but with it, it doesn't make much sense to risk torched pistons due to inadequate fuel.
