Holley Choke Adjustment

Is the adjustment made by simply loosening the three screws and turning the choke cap? Or is it like the Q-jet: set the choke, open the thottle a bit, then adjust the butterfly until it's just touching or barely open?

Carb was loading up so badly that I was forced to change the plugs.

Yeah, that's basically it. Make sure the vacuum hose to the little "kicker" is hooked up as well. There's a built-in vacuum servo in a Holley choke housing that's supposed to pop the choke open a little immediately after startup to keep from flooding the motor (sort of the equivalent to the little external vacuum canister on a QJet that serves the same function).
