The jets are in the main metering circuit, not the idle circuit. If it was getting too much fuel at idle (a common problem with universal application Holleys), the idle circuit needs to be adjusted, not the main metering jets.

Start at the sticky at the top of this page: https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=101977
Click on this link: "Holley Technical Information"
Which takes you to this link: http://www.holley.com/search.asp?que...Info%20FMCTech
Click on the "Tech Service" button in the left margin, which takes you to this page: http://www.holley.com/TechService/
Click on "Tech Library", which takes you to this page: http://www.holley.com/data/TechServi...%20Listing.pdf . From there you'll need to know the "list" number, located on the choke horn of your carb. Find it in the list, and it will tell you what jets and power valve it originally came with. You can use that as a starting point.
