regulator?
Ihave the mallory4309regulator/return style rated at 3-12psi,will this work on my carbed 350 with stock electric in tank pump rated 30-36psi

Yes. The stated 3-12 psi is the range of adjustability for the ouput pressure.

I used the same regulator on my holley and it worked awesome. I just put a pressure gauge on the output side near my carb to adjust to the correct pressure 7-9 psi.
