I'm in the process of installing my newly built 383 stroker into my 87 sports coupe, the questions i have are as follows. 1. the edelbrock fuel pump that i installed has two ports one inlet and an outlet this much I know but, which is which? 2. after droping the engine in today (but not the trans) with the engine slightly tilted back, one of the ports are even with a support from the frame to the engine craddle. any advice is greatly appreciated

 

you need the bottom port kit for the fuel pump that edelbrock has availableso that the lines enter and exit straight down. pump should be marked in and out or at least mine is
