little help tuning please
i bought an 84 z28 with an older 350 in it and it has a weber 4bl carb
the previous owner messed with the fuel adjustment screws cause he thought it wasnt running right, turned out to be a fuel pump going out
now im trying to get it back running like it was
ive founds some crude information on tuning it but no matter how many times i try to get under the hood it just seems to stumble for a second when accelerating
its got the two adjustments in the front, not sure which one is responsible for what
from what i understand is back out the idle screw till its all the way out
then i turn the adjustments in till it dies, and it does
then i turn the back out in quarter turn incraments till rpms raise, i keep coming out till rpms fall and then turn it back in a half turn?
if im doing something wrong or if you can answer any of my questions thanks for the help

weber carb?!? Whoa, weird.
Got a part # or anything? Sounds like a reasonable way to set idle speed/mixture. Are there any other adjustments on the carb? I'm totally green to that carb, but you haven't gotten any other responses so...
