What carb holley SA 670,edel 600/650 or a 650 double pumper?

What carb holley SA 670,edel 600/650 or a 650 double pumper?
I am takeing the cc set up off of my car, I was wondering which carb I should use, a holley 670 street avenger that I can get for $200 new. and edel perf/thunder series 600 or 650. or a holley 650 double pumper. The car is not adaily driver, but I don't want to have to play with the carb all o f the time, I want to be able to get in and know the car is going to run right. Any info would be great here is what my car has now.
if you could please tell what you know how each, gas mileage, performance, and anything else.

double pumper will give best performance. If you want fuel economy buy a LS1 or a civic.

Since you have a T5:
The only improvement over the stock CC q-jet is a double-pumper.
Anything else would be a downgrade.
Having to "play" with Holley carbs "all the time" is an absolute myth.

How much tuning is invovled with a dp when I put it on a engine? Is the SA 670 that bad of a carb?

The SA's are overpriced vacuum secondary Holleys. You can take a standard universal VS of similar CFM (650 in this case), put on a 4150 conversion kit, buy a Quick Fuel adjustable secondary housing and a 66-99 jet assortment kit, and have a better carb for less money and the tuning jets you're going to need anyway to boot.
The only difference between tuning a DP and an SA is the secondary accelerator pump, which you aren't very likely to have to touch. If you do, it's no different than tuning the primary accelerator pump.
With a T5, you should stay away from any demand-type secondary carb. The only one that makes any sense at all is the q-jet you already have, and that's because you already have it.
