Well im about done the carb swap and im gonna try to fire it up sunday. Alls i got left to do to it is change the passenger side plugs and install plug wires and change the oil and coolant. What things should i look for when im starting it up? How do i adjust the timing on vacuum advance distrubuter? And what things should i tune on my carb?

CARB:
First off you need to set your float levels. You will need to adjust your idle also. Check out www.holley.com they have a good writeup on carb tunning.

TIMING:
Well you will need a timing light to set the timing. Always set the timing with the vaccum advance hose plugged off. Start with about 12* initial timing.

You also need to set you fuel pressure. Start with about 6-7 psi.
