In tank fuel pump help
Have any of you guys kept your intank fuel pump when switching from TPI???...If so how did you wire it...I can run a switched wire to the red lead on the relay and the pump will run..But when I turn the key off the car still runs untill I pull the wire out...Pretty sure it has something to do with the oil pressure relay curcuit because the wired togeather...I know there is an easy way..Got any Ideas

You must have tied the ignition power to the fuel pump power somehow. Do you have more detail about the wiring you changed?

Yeah I left the ECU in also...Cause I didnt know if the speedo would work w/o it (dig dash)..I did find the right wire to keep the pump running,,,also went with a TBI fuel pump (a lower volume)..It starts with about 12 # then drops to my 6# adjusted pressure when car starts seems to work fine.....Any other ideas let me know...Thanks
