carb swap
carb swap weekend coming up and im nervous about how easy it sounds to do this. according to information that i have compiled, all you need to do is get an intake get a carb and all gaskets, put in a fuel pump and adjustable fuel pressure regulator, remove your intake fuel pump, and install a vaccumm advanced distributor system. what do you do with all the electronics under hood for tbi after your done swapping such as TPS? what else can you take out or what else do i need to put in? and what exaclty do i have to do to install all of this..one Big reply to tell me how they did it exacly would be helpful. i already read the stick on swapping efi to carb and i dont feel enough info was provided for a beginner swapper like I.

You either need to use a return-type regulator with the in-tank electric fuel pump functional, or remove the in-tank pump and use an engine-mounted mechanical instead. You don't need a regulator with an engine-mounted mechanical.
You need to identify the ignition power and tach signal wires on the coil and use them on the new ignition system. You will need an ignition-switched 12v source for the electric choke, if your new carb has one (most likely it does). It's not a good idea to use the coil power wire for this purpose. You won't need the wires in the harness that go to the passenger side fender or any of the sensors attached to it - best idea is to remove the plastic fender liner so you can get through the connector that passes that harness into the passenger compartment and remove all of that without cutting anything (might as well leave the sensors attached to it as well and just remove them from the car - the knock sensor in the block is one exception to that). The TPS is part of the TBI, so no need to worry about it (you'll be removing all that en mass). The coolant temp sensor is in the thermostat housing, I believe, so you may need to leave that sensor in place, plug the port, or get a new housing that doesn't have a port in it.
That's about all I can think of.

Anything more detailed than that is asking for the real basics. If that doesn't do it for you, then you should find some live help.
