hhhmmmmm.

Say I was to switch from my TBI unit to, a 650cfm holley. Would there be a drastic loss in my gas mileage??? or would it even change at all???

If you get it tuned right you shouldnt be able to tell a difference but i would go with a quadrajet instead.

well I also have an '86 z28. that has a factory quadrajet, Right???? What cfm would it be???
