Changing Carb And intake

Right now I have a 85 z28 Camaro with a SB 350. It has a quadrajet carb on it right now with a mechanical HEI Dist. I was wondering what else I need to do to get a Edlebrock Torker 2 intake with a Edlebrock Carb to mount and run right with the stock 700R4 trans.

Also im getting these for free off of a parts camaro that has been given to me so i cant pass up the offer.

thanks

Re: Changing Carb And intake

I wouldn't take either of them, free or not. The Torker 2 is an old, horribly outdated design that combines the low-RPM disadvantages of a single-plane intake with the high-RPM limitations of a dual-plane. A stock thirdgen manifold is much better. The Edelbrock carb is also a downgrade from a Quadrajet.
