TPI TO 750 DP HOLLEY

Can I use the stock tank pump with a 750 holley carb if I run the tank pump through a regulator? Like a mallory, holley, or a procomp regulator that reduces it to a pressure the carb can use.

Yes.

But, the regulator has to be a "return style". The $25 Holley piece will cause your in-tank pump to burn out eventually. And, you don't want to be penny-wise and pound-foolish here.

Re: TPI TO 750 DP HOLLEY

I have a 4 gallon fuel cell I want to install. I would like to mount the cell under the hood. I purchased a 5 gallon fuel cell but there is no room to put it in the back of the car without removing the rear tank and cutting the floor pan, I would like to remove the rear tank. Every thing I read says you have to remove the rear end to remove the rear tank. After I get the car running I am going to put a nitrous kit on the car with dual pumps ether with the 4 gal cell under the hood or a 5 gal in the rear of the car. If you have any suggestions how to remove the rear tank without dropping the rear end I would like to know how to remove the rear tank.

Of all the work you are talking about (which is a big departure from your original question), dropping the rear is the most straight forward.
