Part number for distributor?

Part number for distributor?
Hey guys I'm switching to carb and its a hydraulic flat tappet camshaft. I know they might be different between hydraulic roller and not roller. What is the best distributor for my setup? Any help would be appreciated.

Any non-cc HEI distributor will do. Autozone/Advance sells brand new Accel (brown top) distributors for about $125.

I just remember reading something about the distributor gear needing tobe different dependant on the cam or or not. Thanks for the reply!

Not that I know of - my block is a 1969 casting, with 1980's heads nd who knows what cam, and that Accel's been working fine for me for 2 years now. SBC should be SBC.

Not a problem with stock or stock-type replacement cams. Certainly not a problem with flat tappet cams.
