Can I get rid of the ac dryer and the air switch valve. I want to get rid of all the clutter.

not unless you like to sweat and listen to your car pop and backfire on decel.you would have to disable AIR pump before removing and then depending on where you live issues w/emissions insp.wont make it go any faster by removing these items.

I didn't want to try and make it faster, just wanted to get rid of some clutter.

I got rid of all of mine, and have never looked back...you can see the motor, and it runs so much better...Now as far as passing the smog test, that is another story...Mine has been this way for about 4 years, and it is my daily driver...No issues at all...I do not need AC, as the heat does not bother me...AC tends to wimp people out anyway..I sold the ac to boot..You can change the plugs alot easier too.Tom
