my moms crossfire 305 in her 82 firebird is about ready to give up the ghost as an emergancy stand in I have a 200r4 and 350 that was going in my international d200 ready to go in. so my question is this: what needs to be clipped or unplugged for this to work? I remember there being a thread on it but I searched tbi to carb and nothing relevant for me came up. any help would be appreciated! thanks guys feels good to poke back in.

Crossfire is two throttle body injection units instead of just one for "TBI", so basically everything TBI to carb applies. Only details such as fuel line routing and throttle cable are different.

In the "welcome to the carburetor forum" sticky there is a link to a tech article about EFI to carb. If you need anything more specific than that, let us know.
