Demon goes by you cam specs mostly. Go on there site and look at there selection guide. A decent 350 will use a 650 speed demon. I run a 650 might demon with no complaints.

Re: Demon for my 355?

What is the camshaft you are running? I have a Mighty Demon 750 with the annular boosters on my 350. I am making similar power. So far, I really like it. The throttle response and idle are on par with the fuel injection I removed. The overall power seems to be up a little too. I have done very little tuning to it. I had to up the primary squirter to a 37 (was a 31). I also restricted the IFR's a little.

Re: Demon for my 355?

Whatever Demon carb you end up with, before you even get near the car, open the carb up and clean it out. I've had 2 brand new out of the box from years apart that had metal shavings inside. Many others have had the same thing even after claims from BG of taking care of the problem at the factory. With that said, a 750 Mighty Demon would probably work fine on yours and be even better after some fine tuning.

And check the 4 bolts that hold on each fuel bowl. I bolted mine on, turned the pump on to check for leaks only to have fuel spray out of both bowls. Called Demon and they said I was supposed to check that. I think for the $500 I spent on the damn thing they could tighten 8 freakin bolts.
