crossfire to carb?

i just recently bought a 83 z28 for very, very, cheap.

the problem is with the crossfire.. i managed to get it to run by sheer luck, damn does it sound nice, but now, neither of the injectors spray and so it has turned into a lovely lawn ornament...

now my question... is it possible to swap it to carb? if so what would be needed and how would i do it? (i am on a budget lol)... thanks for the help

Re: crossfire to carb?

It's the same as a regular TBI to carb swap.

Intake, carb, vacuum adv. distributor. All standard stuff for regular small blocks. That Crossfire would be fun to play with though.

Trust me.... it isn't fun... it took all of me to not throw my wrench through the windshield I got so mad... but I don't know enough about it, so that's why I haven't torn into it... are there any walk-throughs or anything?

It doesn't list all the ways to do things, or even what some people would say are the best ways to to some things, but it gives you an idea what's required.
