What does this arm do?

My carb is missing the linkage pointed to in red in this photo. What does it do? Where can i get one?

Car: 82 Berlinetta/57 Bel Air

Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89

It keeps the secondaries from being open when the primaries aren't open.

Not sure where you would get one except from a donor carb. You might try calling Holley, though.
