I have a edelbrock 650 on my 355 and I got the car running last night and the carb is dumping gas out of the vent tubes. A bunch of gas. How do I correct this? I cant tune it to run correctly until I solve this issue. This carb was sitting in a crate for awhile, but it ran good the last time it was used, probably 6-8 months ago.

Have you checked the floats for sticking, and what's your fuel pressure?

The floats I tapped lightly with a hammer, but haven't messed with it yet. I don't know the fuel pressure, it's a brand new stock mechanical pu
Pump for a carbed 305.
