WOT Leaning help!
So I just recently did a carb swap from TPI on my IROC. Runs about 1000 times better Except when I mash the throttle to the floor my air fuel gauge spikes lean and it wont pick up RPMS. At idle to 3/4 throttle it tends to run on the rich side? How do I fix this?
Its a 355 sbc, flat top pistons, RPM air-gap intake, carter 625 carb, comp cam and I have the timing at 10* over TDC. I figure I got the carb tuned up pretty good too but I could be wrong. Fuel pressure has been regulated down to 5-6 psi. Thanks for the help!

Make sure your secondary fuel metering circuits are operating correctly.
Up to about 3/4 throttle, your secondaries aren't going to do much if anything - the secondary air valves won't open until there is sufficient engine demand to open them. At WOT, though, the air valves are probably opening, but for whatever reason, fuel isn't flowing to support the extra air flow.
