PVC hose split?

Hello, first time posting on here so not sure if in right section!

So I blew the upper radiator hose (I goofed) and replaced it and along with it the coolant temp sensor and removed the air cleaner to help with some space.
With that replaced I went to start up the car and it idled very rough (350~500 RPM) went back under the hood to check all the vacuum lines and some how unplugged a line that splits from the PVC valve line. I placed my finger over the unplugged line and the car went back to normal idle.

Any insights were the line is supposed to go? about two feet in length I tried searching the forums and my Hayne's manual and cannot figure it out!

Any help is appreciated, car is a 85' Berlinetta 5.0 carb

That's an '84 diagram, but should be the same as '85. That line looks like it should go to the vapor canister.

Ah ha! it was supposed to be hooked up to and round piece next the the canister! hard to find but thank you so much! If i may ask is there a specific part number for that hose as its dry rotted? or do need to find some rubber hosing and cut to fit?
