Yup: both of those guys; Cliff Ruggles, and Sean Murphy (SMI).

at some point one needs to consider replacing the E4ME system with something sustainable.
Considering the cost of a professional rebuilt carb the Fitech or Holley throttle body systems begin to make sense, economically. especially if any of the rest of the sensors/wiring/gadgets are of questionable condition.
