Which carb do I need?

I'm in the process of getting my engine swapped from an 305 TBI to a 350 HO TBI. I finally gave into the recommendations of EVERYONE on this board and decided to swap the engine out instead of modding an L03. It says I need a 650 cfm to get optimum results. I also want to keep DECENT gas mileage. Which 650 cfm is the best to use?
The car is coming with vortec heads, so I'll need the edelbrock vortec intake, which I believe is square bored?

Thanks all,
Dave

Last time I checked, and edl 1406 is a 600 cfm carburetor. I believe he asked about a tbi setup, not a carb setup.
