What fuel pressure....
What should me Fuel pressure be with my edelbrock carb 600cfm. If I punch it, and get into the "R's", it just cuts out or sputters bad.

watch your fuel pressure as you drive at WOT.
You should have approx 6psi at idle, and not go much below 5psi @WOT.
also, after driving pull the air-horn off and check the fuel level in the bowls. If it looks low then you may need to adjust your floats a bit higher.
