Transmission: 700R4
Carb question
I have an 87 Transam with a 305. It has the feedback carburetor on it. It has edelbrock headers, edelbrock intake, and an edelbrock cat-back system. I am thinking of putting on an aftermarket Holley 570cfm carb on (Part # 80570). Do you think that i will pass inspection with this carb or any aftermarked carb. I live in NJ.

You might get past a sniffer if you tune it right. But if they do a visual you will be in trouble. Glad they don't have any of those darn emissions in NE.
