Jeffrey Morin is a cheat! Do not buy from him.
Back in January I bought a set of Gold GTA rims from him for use on my 89' GTA. I asked about any damage to the rim and he said it was cosmetic only.
When I went to have them mounted and balanced one of the rims turned out to be bent at the hub. Unfixable, absolutely NO WAY to fix it!
Repeated attempts at contact were made, and I have recieved no responses. I have tried Mail, Email, and Phone. This man's word is NOT worth spit as far as I'm concerned. He sold me a bum rim KNOWING it was bad. Be wary of dealing with him.
