Like I said in my other post...I am not accusing anyone of anything. I just feel that I've been screwed.

I purchased a y-pipe from 5speed4life back on 03/02/05 for $85.00. Since then, I have not seen the y-pipe. 5speed4life seems to be hiding from me and will not respond to my emails. I filed a claim with PayPal. If anyone else has any info to help me, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

 

Yep, you got screwed.

 

Well, he finally wrote me back and told me that if I don't have my y-pipe by Wed, that he'll refund the money.

 

I am also waiting for some parts from 5speed4life. I am getting a little nervous... I think Ill send him another message...

 

I am still waiting for my dash pad...

 

Well, it's past Wed. and I still haven't gotten my money back either.

 

Looks like weve been hosed...

 

That is a shame that people have to be that way. You know the funny thing is, if what he did to you happened to him, he would be furious.

GOOD NEWS!! As soon as the PayPal dispute went through in my favor the y-pipe magically showed back up at his house. It'll be here tommorrow. The guy whose PayPal account he used is absolutely pissed at him because he lied to him and his PayPal account is now frozen until I get my y-pipe.

 

Ha! Thats funny. I hope it shows up, I have a feeling i wont be seeing that dash pad, lol.

Next time im in OH Ill have to make a detour and check on the status of the dash pad

5speed4life did come through. My dash pad arrived today, its condition was just as described.

It did take a while, but it did show up.
