Sold me what was supposed to be brand new never mounted 3rd Gen Firebird tail light blackouts. Took almost 2 weeks to get them after paying for them, then I get two blackouts thrown together in a box with no packing material. Needless to say they came in all scratched up, no where near new looking.

After over a week of sending e-mails and PM's, he finally responded and wanted a few days to think about what he would do. A week later he gets back to me and says he'll refund me $40 for them and to just keep them. That was over a week ago, and he still hasn't done the PayPal.

Looks like I've been taken for $85 from this person.

 

you talked to him as recent as a week ago? he's been ignoring my emails for several weeks now. If he doesn't respond soon, I'm gonna start getting creative.

 

Well, in all fairness, I actually got the $40 refund he promised me about a week ago about 2 hours ago. So he did do what he promised me on that, just took a while.

Now all I have to do is sell the used blackouts to someone to get my other $45 back....

 

maybe the guy will make good with me too, but i kind of doubt it.
