Anyone had any dealings with Grover85?

I sent him $225 via PayPal for a T56 two piece flywheel and he has relisted the flywheel in the classified section. Is this guy a scammer or what?

My mistake...the classified ad was NOT relisted. Someone revived the ad with an inquiry and I mistakingly thought it was a relisting. I am still waiting from Kevin on a status of the shipping and as of yet, have not heard anything. Kevin....are you out there?
