Bought a wonder bar and he offered me 3 postage rates, i went for the fastest. ie "12 to 38 for shipping slowest to fastest "

The buyer has updated the total

So i make that $38 shipping, yet the postal rates on the package say $21 85.
Cardboard and sellotape must be expensive over there. If someones going to charge almost as much for p+p they should say so.

Well i left him neutral feedback, hes left me none, so i cant reply, but just get this on his reply:
I left this:

"Part ok, shipping fee was not what was agreed on, e-mails responded to ok".

Not too heavy i thought, but accurate.

So being the nice guy he is, he didnt use the extra money to send it fast like he agreed to, or tell me i'd overpaid before posting.
Rip-off springs to mind.
