Just wanted to let folks here know 5.7tpiroc stiffed me on a pair of tires.

We agreed to a price, he send me an email saying he sent payment. It never got to me. When I sent him a PM telling him I never got it, he did not reply. I know he read the PM, and know he was on the boards for a while after reading it.

Searching the boards, it appears that he made another deal for tires AFTER he made the deal with me.

Luckily for me, another buyer stepped up to the plate.

Watch out sellers!

 

so the guy is not allowed to change his mind? That kind of thing happens to me once in awhile, not a big deal. Whatever you have there is someone out there who wants it Certainly doesnt warrant slandering someone over.

 

i suggest you re-read the post...if he said he sent him the money and did not, then he stiffed him. either way he should have stepped up and politely said he found another pair of tires and would not go through with the sale...

 

Still not a big deal, I learned long ago not to pack up anything for shipment until the payment arrives..although I do still have a couple boxes that have been sitting for months, I am sure the payment is in the mail Oh and of course it would be nice for someone to let you know that they did change their mind, but either out of embarassment or just no manners it rarely happens. Not worth stressing over.

 

Trah84Z: I agree - if you make a deal, stick with it, or let the seller know. It's called common courtesy.
